The hp Pavilion dv6000 series was a huge hit and was one of their best selling laptops back then and right now. Unfortunately computer problems do happen and this particular series has been coming in with laptop motherboards that just went bad, so I wanted to pass on my knowledge to anyone who could use it.

This laptop part is only for all you AMD owners, you will need part number 459565-001 which is specifically a "System board (motherboard systemboard) for Pavilion dv6000 series - nVIDIA MCP67MX | Full-featured (UMA) with integrated Realtek (RT8201CL) NIC". The alternate p/n for this PC mainboard is 3TAT1MB00E0.

The same part no. 459565-001 was made for and works in HP Pavilion dv6500z CTO, dv6700, dv6700us, dv6800, dv6800us, dv6900 and dv6900us series laptops. *This motherboard was specifically made only for the AMD TK-57 and TL-60 CPU's ONLY... so make sure your notebook is currently using this processor.

365892-001 HP Pavilion zd7000 zd7200 zd7300 Laptop PC Motherboard

Wow, this snowstorm is insane! Already 1 foot came down and the weather seems to be getting worse as it passes. Times like this usually means (well for me) - making a nice hot cup of hot chocolate then replacing and repairing laptop motherboards.

Looks like the first notebook up is a hp pavilion zd7000 series which just needs a motherboard replacement. After taking apart the computer, I finally found the part # sticker with 365892-001 written on it so now that I got the right part, I can start putting the laptop PC back together.

I already know from experience but part number 365892-001 in technical terms is a "System board - Integrated nVidia Geforce FX Go5200 (NV34M) graphic chipset 64MB dedicated onboard video graphics memory on a 128bit bus, 8X AGP and integrated 10/100Base-T Ethernet LAN". The install is a little time consuming but not very hard at all and a lot of people choose to replace it themselves.

Laptop motherboard 365892-001 is ONLY compatible with the exact models listed here: Designed only for the HP Pavilion zd7201US, zd7228EA, zd7229EA, zd7230EA, zd7235EA, zd7245EA, zd7257EA, zd7310CA, zd7310US, zd7320EA, zd7341EA and zd7373EA computers.

447805-001 HP dv2000 Compaq V3000 Series Full Featured AMD Replacement Motherboard

Next laptop motherboard on my list for repair/replacement is for my cousin's Compaq Presario V3300 AMD CPU laptop. I am pretty familiar with this systemboard and family of laptop motherboards and know it requires part number 447805-001.

Over the weekend, I had to repair the laptop motherboard on a HP Pavilion zv5200 series notebook even though I told them it's probably a better idea to save a little and just buy a new laptop at this point but they insisted they wanted to replace the systemboard.

This is a popular motherboard I'm sure for any laptop motherboard repair tech. The HP Compaq replacement spares part number for the Pavilion dv6000us series is 433280-001 which now goes by 443774-001. This systemboard is shown by HP as the "hp dv6000us series full-featured model with web camera support option".

PLEASE NOTE: Part #: 433280-001 has been modified and replaced by HP under part number 443774-001.

433280-001 and 443774-001 laptop motherboards spares are for the following laptop computer series. HP Pavilion dv6000, dv6000us, dv6100, dv6200, dv6300 AND dv6400 notebook model PC's.

If you happen to have a Compaq Presario C700 or HP G7000 Intel series notebook and are having trouble finding the correct replacement laptop motherboard... you're going to need to look for Part Number 462439-001 which HP Compaq refers to as computer component "HP PC Board | System board (PC Main Board) | With Intel GM965 chipset".

*IMPORTANT MOTHERBOARD DETAILS* After you remove your old laptop motherboard you may notice that it has a 469412-210 hp spares part number. Don't sweat it because both system boards are identical and work in the same portable computers. I highly suggest using 462439-001 for your search since it's the newer and more popular replacement, therefor much more information is available.

Overall, this HP/Compaq part is made for the Compaq Presario C700 along with the select HP G7000, G7030, G7040EP, G7070EJ, G7077EZ, G7080EV, G7093EA, G7093EM, G7094EM, G7095EM and G7096EM models. I've noticed more and more e-mails lately asking about laptop motherboard part number 434724-001. First off the notebook systemboard is a "System board (motherboard) without memory - De-featured (FF), featuring the Intel 945GML chipset". It will only work with specific pavilion dv6000 computers.

41W1452 IBM Lenovo Thinkpad T60 T60p ATI X1300 WWAN Laptop Motherboard

Hope everyone's holiday season is going smooth this year... seems like this month is just flying by. Last week I was given a Thinkpad T60 to replace the system board. I had to do a little research on this one and eventually found and ordered part number 41W1452. I got the part Friday and installed it over the weekend. While everything was handy, I figured why not share some additional knowledge for people repairing this same computer.

The newest IBM reference guide also came in the mail about 2 weeks ago and it says this T60p motherboard is a "PC Systemboard - PLANAR ATI M52-64 - ATI Mobility Radeon 64MB X1300 with Built In Wireless WAN (WWAN)".

*I would like to also note that 44C3967, 42T0292, 42T0159, 42T0292 are compatible part numbers to the 41W1452.
