374709-001 HP Pavilion zd8000 and Compaq Presario X6000 ATI X600 128MB Laptop Motherboard
It has been along time since anyone brought a HP Pavilion zd8000 laptop to me for repair but today was the day! I'll get straight to the point - the notebook needed a new motherboard.
The replacement part number needed was 374709-001 which hp references to "PC Board : Motherboard - Integrated ATI Mobility Radeon X600 (M24P) graphics, 128MB discrete graphics memory, with 1394, S-video, 6-in-1 media slot, and Expansion Port 2".
I replaced the laptop with a 374709-001 motherboard and it booted right back up like new. The customer was happy and I was happy. This part number I found out this pn also works with the Compaq Presario X6000 CTO, x6000, x6100 And HP Pavilion zd8000 zd8100 zd8200 zd8300 zd8400 Series.

I think you would find the best price and best dealer by going to google and then clicking the shopping tab on top and search for part number 374709-001 unless your current laptop motherboard has a different part number. You would need to be 100% sure that this pn is the one currently in your laptop. Thanks
