Sounds like a laptop inverter problem which would be attached to the LCD. I would look into that area before swapping out a complete motherboard.</description>

My zd8000 has after 5 years packed up with a &quot;typical&quot; problem ... vertical lines on the screen, which as far as i can see from old bloggs, requires a montrherboard replacement as the display card in on the motherboard ??
