This P/N's exact specifications are: "System board (motherboard) - Includes Intel Pentium-M 1.2GHz processor, nVidia GeForce4 Go 32MB video, and AC97 audio - Does not include memory".

392604-001 is ONLY COMPATIBLE WITH ONE series of laptops and that would be the HP Compaq Tablet PC tc1100 series PC's.
