Ahhh, I finally finished answering all my e-mail and I feel good. The reason I feel so good is because I'm sitting in the best ergonomic chair made and my back hasn't hurt since! While going through my messages, I came across an interesting question on a laptop motherboard sent by Heather. She said that the notebook was a dv9000 but had the letters "CTO" after and was wondering which part no. her hp needed and if the "CTO" required a special systemboard. She was also able to tell me that it was intel chipset based which made it much easier for me to help.

I'll make it easy on the eyes for everyone and will get straight to the point. She needed hp Compaq part number 434660-001 which is a "System board (motherboard) - Features the Intel G73M chipset and 512MB graphics (VRAM) memory".
